     A s Port Aransas celebrates the 100th anniversary of becoming Port Aransas after being known as Tarpon, Texas, it’s hard to imagine that where there are now multistory condominiums, restaurants and retail shops, canal-front subdivisions and a network of paved streets and sidewalks, Karankawa Indians roamed and cattle grazed.
