Summer time for thrill of the grill

      Summertime and the living is easy" was sung in Porgy and Bess. I would like to add to that by saying it is summertime, and the grilling is easy. Nothing says summertime on the island like grilled fish. Fresh, firm fish like tuna, kingfish, snapper or redfish all work well.
