This great blue heron stretches out on a piece of driftwood on the beach south of Access Road 1A in Port Aransas. Yoga on the Beach, scheduled every second Saturday, is one of the many free public activities offered by the Port Aransas Parks and Recreation Department. Two brothers enjoy an evening game at Roberts Point Park. The park offers a playground, picnic pavilions, an observation tower, an amphitheater and fishing in the ship channel. A couple enjoys a full moon on the beach in Port Aransas.
