Exercise or relax at community pool
      T he beach isn't the only playground in Port Aransas. Port Aransas Community Park has a public swimming pool, baseball fields and more. To get there from the ferry landing, turn right onto Cut-off Road, then another right on Ross Avenue. The park's address is 700 Clark Parkway.

      G ot Wi Fi? The Port Aransas Computer Center does. The center, at 430 N. Alister St., is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free public access to computers and the Internet. The computer center has made a number of recent upgrades that are improving service for visitors.

Classes, workshops, exhibits are offered by art center
      T he Art Center for the Islands 323 N. Alister St., is the focus of the art community in Port Aransas. It features a gallery, gift shop, classes, workshops and sponsors art festivals and events throughout the year. It is a nonprofit organization, in its 13th year of serving Mustang and Padre islands.
