      D on't forget: New fishing and hunting licenses are required each year by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Annual hunting and fishing licenses (except for the yearto date fishing license) expire every Aug. 31. Licenses may be purchased at several locations in Port Aransas, including charter fishing agencies and the Family Center IGA.

      If tennis is your game, you can enjoy it while visiting Port Aransas - for free. Visitors are always welcome to join an informal group of adult tennis players at the Port Aransas High School tennis courts on Station Street. A racket, some balls, knowledge of the game and the ability to keep the ball in play are the only requirements.
