Licenses are required to fish
      If you’re going to do some fishing while you’re in Port Aransas, let’s do it right. Don’t forget that new fishing licenses – and hunting licenses, for that matter – are required each year by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Annual fishing and hunting licenses (except for the yearto date fishing license) expire every Aug. 31.
